The Black Sheep x SB High “Black Hornet” was a special release for NBA All-Star Weekend in Charlotte, NC in 2019. Black Sheep, the Charlotte-based skate shop which has partnered with SB for limited edition s in the past, teamed up with the skateboarding division of the Swoosh once again for this “Black Hornet” High. The colorway pays homage to the classic purple and teal colors of the Charlotte Hornets, with an iridescent base layered with black and matte silver elephant print panels. Special details include silver “stingers” on the side Swooshes, a hexagonal “hive” pattern on the tongue, and optional metal lace dubraes in the same hexagon pattern.
